From the 427/Gardiner Expy:
Take the 427 South and merge onto the QEW. Continue East onto Gardiner Expy and exit at Jameson Ave. Turn left at Jameson Ave then turn right at Queen St. West. Turn right at Lisgar St and turn left at Sudbury St. Continue to 99 Sudbury St.From the 404/Don Valley Pkwy:
Take the 404 South and continue onto Don Valley Pkwy. Continue South onto the Gardiner Expy West. Exit onto Spadina Ave and turn left at King St West. Turn right at Sudbury St and take the first right to stay on Sudbury St. Continue to 99 Sudbury St. TTC (if you are east of destination):
